Inqubation programs - A number of investment levels and programs are available to assist your business in developing new markets and gain traction in optimum time. A standard contract reflects the commitments of both parties and is renewed annually. The contract can be terminated annually upon the anniversary providing 3 month written notice is provide by the terminating party. The programs are detailed below along with approximate investment levels.

Managed

Associate – Provides the vendor with a named person within the region(s) as a point of contact and front man for local business development, lead follow up, and response to tenders. The associate will be 10% dedicated to the client.

Consultant – Provides the vendor with all Associate services in addition to pipeline creation and management, reseller recruitment, education and evangelization in the market in addition to competitive landscape development and initial market analysis. Local office and contact information is also provided to virtualise the vendors local presence in country in region. The consultant will work as an advisory consultant on all issues regarding the commencement of business in the middle east including the start up of an office, legal issues, local sponsorship, trading, economic climate and generally help commence the process of inqubating the client into the Middle East or Asia Pacific market including the sourcing of suitable resellers, integration partners and commercial mechanisms required to secure all levels of business including local government. The Consultant will be 20% dedicated to the client

Co-Fund – Provides the vendor with all Representative services in addition to assistance with POC’s, quarterly marketing and press releases at Vendors cost, conversion of competitive partners, and customer swap-out campaigns. Quarterly training and awareness courses at vendor cost are also sold, arranged and fulfilled in order to further develop the market and mindshare within the region. The Co-Fund approach will manage the entire project of inqubating the client into the Middle East or Asia Pacific market including the sourcing of suitable resellers, integration partners and commercial relationships. The Project Manager will also generate and follow up on leads generated by the client. The Project Manager will be 30% dedicated to the client.

Managed – Provides the vendor with a dedicated person recruited specifically for the task of managing the vendors business end to end within the region in addition to a dedicated technical head within the distributor along with all management tasks of the region. The Managed approach will manage the entire project of inqubating the client into the Middle East or Asia Pacific market along with all staffing and resource dedicated to the products. This Managed approach will be 35% dedicated to the client. A Dedicated Sales Person will act as an extension of the clients sales force in the market on a daily basis and deliver on direct sales in addition to helping source suitable resellers, integration partners and commercial relationships. The sales person will be 100% dedicated to the client.

Inqubate has achieved its current positioning using a business ethic, of being 'up close and personal' with all of its clients, all of the time, essentially getting under the skin of the clients and partners that it works with. so in the case of its service clients, essentially becoming an internal virtual sales & marketing department on a daily basis. this outlook and approach has lead to some key outsourcing contracts being awarded to inqubate in areas where it had never been considered before
